Welcome!
Family Matters+ is a non-profit organization that offers education, prevention, counseling and assistance to an individual or family at affordable rates.
We utilize a team-building approach in seeking resolve to family problems. We focus on youth character development and reform within the family. We also offer psychological evaluation and tailored treatment when needed.
Our fundamental belief is that child development is character development and that this takes place within families. Families build values and values build character. Character enables problem solving and support counseling.
That is why FAMILY MATTERS!

Colors of Change
A colorless world, like a world without change, is unimaginable!
Color impinges our every waking moment and even penetrates dreams. Every object a person can conceive and manufacture is soaked with color.
There are almost 9,000,000 colors in the spectrum! Understanding color helps us to understand change. To understand its complexities helps us to understand the complexities of change.
As long as a person learns to change the way colors do (in order to adapt to new circumstances), there is hope for man and his relationships.
From the book: "Colors of Change", (2nd Edition, 1992) J. Albert Calaway, S. Birkaen O'Hamlin, (JABS Publishing) Copyright 1989 by J. Albert Calaway
